as you love what you're doing who cares? As soon as you
start taking yourself too seriously your ideas will
start to run dry. E-publishing is meant to be fun!
Sure, most of us are trying to earn some pennies (I'm
British) and some are even trying to earn a living, but
if you don't enjoy what you're doing ... well, you can
forget about ever being unique.

Here, here!  Bravo!  My sentiments, exactly. :)  I write,
produce and publish the Empowered Parenting Ezine.  I
absolutely refuse to have a Table of Contents, for example.
No, it isn't because I want to make them read through it all.
It's because I have lots of information for everybody and 
don't know exactly how it's all going to get layed out.

I also won't use an ezine template, though it would make
things a big easier to publish.  But I don't do the same
thing twice in a row.  I sprinkle this and that together
into a readable, entertaining mix and serve it up with no
apology.

Sometimes we have lots of essays and articles from others.
Sometimes we have lots of click throughs for neat sites
for the Kiddles.
Sometimes we have lots of Q & A letters.
Sometimes I get love notes from my loyal readers.
Seldom do I receive a complaint, and it's always the same:
"You publish so much good information and I haven't got 
time to read it all. Please shorten it."
Others say: "It's too long... and I read every word!"

So it comes down to this.  I cannot please everyone so I
have chosen to take my own individual path toward serving
Parents.  It may not be quite unique, but by golly, it's
mine!  I love to do it.  I enjoy the gathering and the
publishing and the creating.  Most of all, I'm honored
to serve my readers, who trust my words and say they 
learn from me.

Who could ask for more?

Yes, I know ... some pennies.  Well, they shall come in 
due time, dear friends. My .sig shows the way.
