I would also suggest looking into joining Advertising.com's advertising
network.  You can sign up to receive paid CPM ads (they find the
advertisers for you), and you will also have a regular, reliable source of
CPC ads for each of your issues.  Once you've joined, you can go into their
website and copy and paste CPC ads into your newsletter whenever you're
