Check out http://email.advertising.com/  I can't recommend them 
completely because I havn't started using their service yet but I like 
the concept and I am in the process of signing up.  Has anyone else had 
any success with them?  I have had some success with Direct Leads.  
http://www.directleads.com/  It's an affiliate network, though.  I use it 
for any unsold advertising right now and it's actually been profitable, 
something I can't say about many other affiliate programs and networks.
