Can you give more information about this?  

Advertising.com is Teknosurf.com (they just recently changed their name).  A 
respected company - I thought.  Their newsletter ad program is fairly new.   

I didn't see any ads for "programs that pay to surf" - not that I would run 
one even if they did have it available.  

The current ad I've been running is for free ezines (many of which I receive 
myself).  You said, << This company signs people up for their program that 
pays them to surf >> I've never been signed up for anything I didn't request.  

If you have more details, I'm sure the list would be interested.  Nobody 
wants to damage the reputation of their own ezine by advertising bad programs.
