"Hi Sarah," Yes, you can use the Mail Merge feature of your email client, if it has one. I use Pegasus Mail, and it has the feature where you can insert fields from a Tab Delimited file into specified areas within a template letter. Look under Tools > Extensions > Mail Merge. I'm sure Outlook Express has one too, tried it out once. You create two files. In one, you make a list of the reviewer's name (first, last), email address, website address or any other personal information. The other is your letter template. It may be something like this: = = = = = = = Dear ~1~ I'm a visitor to your wonderful website, ~2~ and wonder if you'd review my new book on your ezine, ~3~ = = = = = = = The merged version of each email will insert the reviewer's name in the space ~1~, his/her website URL in ~2~ and their ezine's name in ~3~. > AND the msg still looks like (in the TO/FROM/BCC section) it was sent only > to Sarah, although the same msg was sent to 2 dozen other reviewers > simultaneously? Indeed, this feature sends out SEPARATE messages to each of the recipients with no added effort on your part. So it will really go out only to Sarah, and also individually to all other email addresses on your list. But I don't think the SUBJECT line of your message can be personalized this way. Instead you can use a generic title like "Would you please review my book?" >Saving Time is so important. You can say that again :) Hope this helps Dr.MANI Sivasubramanian, MD E-ZINE LAUNCH ...Start YOUR e-zine today ! <http://www.drmani.com/business/ezinelaunch.htm> Subscribe FREE to'The HEART BEAT' Health-E-Zine http://www.drmani.com/heartbeat/subscribe.htm mailto:subscribe@drmani.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------ High rates giving you headaches?
