[epub] shopping carts and web hosts

Hi All,
I hope you don't mind something just a wee bit off the track. We are now on our fourth hosting company who was supposed to be a front page provider. So far we are not impressed, again.
Does anyone have a recommendation? 
Secondly, we are now on our third shopping cart and while it turned out to be a good cart for us.
Now we find out that we have to display the authors hyperlink. After we paid a couple of hundred dollars we thought it would be advertising free (I know, always read the fine print). We need a fairly sophisticated cart. We have four hundred products, three pricing levels, two ways to ship and a minimum order. 
Any ideas?
