Tamyers,

Create your newsletter in Word and save it as an html or "web page".  Then
send it to your list using:

www.messagereach.com

You wont need to buy any software, it's Web Based.  You'll get a proof of
delivery, and tracking of who read your newsletter.  It can even direct
traffic to a website and capture the e-mail addresses of the visitors, even
if they don't key them in.
