I am trying to design an HTML, email newsletter containing jpegs that is not
linked to a web site. When I design using Word 2000, Publisher 2000 or
FrontPage 2000, my email message takes too long to transmit (up to 70
seconds). At this time, I would prefer to send my own messages rather than
utilize a service such as www.message.com. Does anyone have any suggestions?
