As part of the service, they can foward your email anywhere (so you can keep
your current ISP if you like), catch any email sent to an address that
doesn't exist (for example - a mistyped c.johnsn@yourdomain.com would still
get sent to you) and they give you an autoresponder that you can set up thru
their web interface.

I've been using them for about a year now, and although I haven't tested the
autoresponder yet, they've delivered everything they promised. But if you do
need help, they have an online chat box where you can talk to a real person
(which is great if you don't wanna phone from the UK to America :)
