www.ebookconnections.com. There you will find links to a lot of useful
information. Next you need all the following:
LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY
A domain
Editors
Graphics Artists
Authors
If you plan to offer CD or diskette versions, you will need equipment and
supplies or a supplier for the completed books
Contracts for all the folks above
Software for conversions for the various formats or a company who will do
the conversions for a fee
Credit card processing (third party or your own merchant account)

That's enough to get your research started anyway.
