Jan, if you're using NS, choose the Edit tab on the browser, then choose
Preferences/Mail and Newsgroups/Identity.  Change the email address to the
one you want to be subscribed. and use the mailto subscribe to send a blank
e-mail. The other person should receive a confirmation notice. All they need
to do is reply with a blank e-mail of their own.
