Hi Tina, I know this isn't exactly on ezine publishing, but I wanted to let you know that there is a selection of free compilers found at: http://members.xoom.com/JanVee/jftools.htm I've tested Jan's eBook Builder 4 from that site and its not bad (for free!) I prefer eBook Edit Pro myself, but eBook Builder is a solid program.
