There is this ebook compiler where you can actually allow people
people online to compile articles. Maybe you could use it for simple

Probably not what your looking for but the free compilers are not
that good. I use Adobe's which is expensive but I like it. 

If your going to be doing this regularly, I'd break the piggy bank 
and just go ahead and get one. 

If you just need a one time thing done, email me, maybe I can
just compile it for you, depending on what you need.
