[epub] HTML *and* text?

I'm working on a marketing book & have run into something I don't know the
answer to.

If someone is publishing their ezine in HTML, what's the easiest way to also
put out a text version so they don't lose those people (like me) who don't
subscribe to HTML for whatever reason?
