Do the Text version first, save as *.txt, then drop it into your Dreamweaver
editor for HTML coding...

Or, open your HTML  page inside your browser, Select All, Copy, then open
TextPad and do Edit/Paste ... the text should appear in paragraphs without the
HTML coding.

or in your HTML editor you should be able to strip HTML coding with a couple
mouseclicks.
