We do this through front page. We create the web mail (html) as a web page
in front page, then we import that file into our mail system, Aureate, for
those folks who receive our html version (about 3000). Then when we do the
text version we copy and paste it from the normal view in front page to the
message box in Aureate. We have a lot of live links so we go to the html
view and copy those,making sure to have complete urls, to paste in the
appropriate places in the message box. For aol users you need the entire a
href url and then, since we send the text version to others besides aol
users,  we also paste in the normal url view.
