[epub] Good mailing lists?

I use mark mcCreary at http://www.mail-list.com for both my Teekers 
bulletins and the newsletter "The 4Site Journal". The service is 
cheap and excellent. Mark couldn't be more helpful and doesn't start 
charging until your list is up and running to_your_satisfaction. I've 
tried a few and this guy can't be beat! No, I don't have any share in 
his business nor any affiliation apart from being a very happy 
customer.
