[epub] downloading lists

Also... be sure to note which (at least on egroups) subscribers get email 
and which are Web Only.  The folks who selected Web Only are NOT getting 
your dailing mailings.   So if you just download the list and do a manual mailing from your own machine, some of those people who don't normally 
get mail from you will think you are spamming, since they forget they 
switched to NoMail/Web Only option.    I would like to delete them, but 
I know that some people switch to NoMail/Web Only when they do on vacation, 
to avoid bouncing or mailbox clutter on their return. Fortunately I have 
a small percentage of these but you still need to be aware of them when 
doing a manual list download and mail-out.
