Yes, I noticed this... and probably just as well.  Now when they move an address
to the Bouncing list, the number of active subscribes is reduced.  Since there
isn't a visible option to reinstate the bouncer, OR the option to sent a
reactivate request, I delete them.   Period.  I also noticed they started
distinquishing "Soft bounce" and "hard bounce" but they don't say what the
difference is.  Bummer.
