like you, I'm currently developing a new newsletter and ezine web-
site and finding the experienced comments on this list to be of 
etreme value.

You may be interested in a paper publication that I have found to 
be very useful - Poor Richard's Email Publishing by Chris Pirillo 
(ISBN 0-9661032-5-4).  Chris' book is about using email as the 
main driving force of your newsletter and although there is a small 
section about using a web site in conjunction with your publication, 
I personally think that the book's focus on email is appropriate for 
those of us just starting out.

I'm reluctant to recommend anything that I haven't read, but for your 
information, there are also some plain-english web-site books in 
the Poor Richard series.
