Thanks Rob for the article, and thanks to all those who responded.  I am now
sloping away into a quiet corner to read, research and consider my options
with the benefit of your help.

The only other point I have left to sort is merchant facility versus a
marketing outlet.  At the moment my UK based courses are on non-exclusive
offer at LastMinute.com.  I am looking at Yahoo UK as another outlet and I
don't mind losing a % for the facility as it saves me all the hassle during
this start up period.  LastMinute initial sales excitement has dropped off
now, so I am hoping that my own ads in my newsletters will bring sales for
my course places (UK) but can you suggest low cost merchant links or ways
for customers to pay by credit card without me becoming a merchant?
