[epub] A question about selling ads

I write a weekly e-newsletter, Really Useful Sites, about new or
interesting Web sites for businesspeople and consumers. I have just under
3000 subscribers. I also write a weekly newsletter called Sites & Insights
for a print publisher that is trying to expand into e-newsletters. Sites &
Insights has reviews of Web sites and some business tips in each issue.
Both I and the publisher would like to start selling ads for our
newsletters. I had the brilliant idea of offering advertisers the
opportunity of placing ads in Really Useful Sites (circ. 3000), Sites &
Insights (circ. 6000), and another of the publisher's e-newsletters,
Success Online (motivational quotes, anecdotes,etc. -- circ. 4000) for one
price. In other words, offering advertisers the chance to reach 13,000
readers in one week (there is no overlap among subscribers). I want to
present my idea to the publisher, but I need to know what a reasonable rate
is for a sponsor ad that would reach that many people. What is the current
CPM for advertising in e-newsletters?
