Hi, Sandy!

I'll second that advice and add this little tidbit FYI.  The only
people on the web that I know of who are abusive are one of two
things:  people you really don't want to associate with anyway
and spammers (who also fit the first category).  I'd say he's in
the first category at least.  You really don't want your name and
your ezine associated with someone who has the kind of reputation
he probably has.  Get rid of him, now.  Give him money back, if
it comes to that, but have nothing more to do with him.

We'd love to know who this person is so we don't get involved.
The way to protect yourself, legally, is to MAKE SURE you have
the PROOF to back up your claims...not one word against another
but a paper trail that leaves no doubt.  Then, tell the world
about it and let them reap the bitter harvest they've planted.
