Issues are more for discussion lists where all subscribers can post (such as this list) as opposed to an ezine that is essentially an electronic newsletter with one editor and one-way communication. but... John, the owner gives you a list of about a dozen places where you can list your 'zine - and these are legitimate sources and just not places where most subscribers are on no mail so they never see your offering but they post their ads regularity. I have found a couple of good sources on the list. One more note: Much of info is not relevant to me - stuff about lurkers, flamers, etc. but I have found info about eGroups (God knows eGroups is pretty lame with tech support), so if you have a eGroups list, you might want to check it out also.
