Mike, I'm not sure I understand your question here.  What are you 
wanting to do, exactly?  I am not aware of an ability to track 
another's outgoing email.  IMHO :-) I also don't believe it would be 
professional or ethical to do so, especially without their knowledge.

Can you elaborate a little on what you would be trying to 
accomplish?
