Ahh Mike, I understand now.  But if a person has so much doubt 
about a particular publisher, why not just ask him/her to verify, as 
has been suggested earlier, by a method that is acceptable.

I don't know of any program that would track anothers email and 
personally hope there is not and none be made.  Think about it, 
while you may be concerned about the publisher who may inflate 
his/her numbers; what about the unscrupulous person who is just 
out to gather email addresses and perhaps use your address to 
spam.

I guess, simply put, if you don't feel you can trust the figures the 
publisher gives as his/her circulation (within a + or - of say 50 to 
75) then find another publisher.
