Sorry I have come in late, but you may be interested in also looking at
Mailloop.

Mailloop gives you the opportunity of personalising e-mails too - so your
e-mail says Dear Steve .. not  Dear Subscriber.  I'm amazed at the personal
replies I get back .... it's as if I'm a long lost friend.
