Here's another thought. I have a list, it's small right now, only 232 subs.
However, I have a co-op promotional program going on right now and 
I'm going to be adding these new subscribers to my own list program.
No one will be able to see how many are in this list. I'll have two lists.
One for topica.com and the other from this promotion. 

They are the same lists. Both from my netwoozy.com newsletter.
The reason I'm doing this is because I want to be able to build my
list in several ways. I want to see how well I can build it on my own
in Topica.com. So, once I reach 5000 from my promotional deal,
If people looked in topica.com they'd think I only had 230+ subs,
when in reality I mail out from another program and actually do
have that many on my list. 

How do I prove it? 

When you have your own email program like mailloop, how do
you prove your list is as high as it is??

Eventually I will take my list off topica and use mailloop for the entire
group, but until my research is done, I need to use topica. 

So, this has been an interesting little thread. I guess I'll have to make
a point to tell my advertisers that I have two lists. One from topica
and the other in mailloop.

Perhaps there are others that have more than one list as well?? I saw
one group that charges $49.95 per year to announce your list to 
thousands on a weekly basis. However, their list only showed 5 people.
That really doesn't make any sense. They must have a list somewhere
else. It would be ridiculous to set up something like that and not have
a list. 

I dunno.... sort of makes you think.
