Announcement lists are lists dedicated to announcing
new discussion lists and E-zines, so when you launch
your own zine, you go and announce it there, which
should help you get more subscribers.

You can also subscribe to these list, if you wish
to stay on top of the new of E-zine world, then
you will know what new E-zines are in town.
