Nice one Kathy.  I too am a bit sensitive.  I remember one of the big 
Internet marketers. I have a feeling it was Mark Joyner, saying how easy it 
is to get upset on the Internet, mainly because, perhaps easily so, people 
tend to forget there's another human being on the end of the line.  An easy 
mistake, I expect, to sound very curt after a hard day's work.  Easy to do to 
upset through speed of replying to letter, but not so easy to take.

Like you I am new to the list, and finding it very very valuable.  What a lot 
of experts there are out there to learn from.
