Well, I did my own research, and TotalSaturation.com is evidently a 
(somewhat) legitimate business, with all members being individual. 
Problem is, I believe that messages sent to the addresses are
filtered out, so your only benefit is an artificially inflated 
subscriber base, which is not very legitimate to me at all.
