Author Connection (http://www.AuthorConnection) is totally free for both
authors and editors. Has some nice features like auto-notification to
writers of authors who requested their article. Will also automatically
format the articles to the publisher's specs.

Additionally, publishers can also register their ezines to make them
searchable on a network of sites like InsiderReports.com and SearchSavage.com.
