Dale,

I have to agree with Mark. I know it takes more time, but I feel sending the
e-mail individually is best. I learned my lesson one time using the "bcc"
function. I put one editor's name in the "cc" and the rest in the "bcc". I
thought each person would just see his/her own name. Well, what happened was
that each person just was the first editor's name and he happened to be the
one who owns the biggest, most successful e-zine on this particular topic. I
learned of my mistake when one editor was gracious enough to write back and
say something like, "Since So-and-So's e-zine is so big, there's no use for
anyone else to use your article if he is going to use it." How humiliating!
The truth was that he didn't use it, but neither did any of the others!! Too
bad, because it was a good article.

Anyway, I've never had to send articles to 40 people at one time. If I did,
the temptation may be greater to do a bulk mailing. But after that
embarassing mistake, I prefer to do mine one at a time.
