[epub] Re: Why can't people reply to say 'No don't want article'?

One could as easily argue that it's common decency to ask
people if they want articles before adding them to a list to
receive them. But it rarely happens.

As long as the article is remotely appropriate to the subject
matter of my newsletter, I don't mind if it's unsolicited.
Part of the job. But I find it rather interesting that anyone
might think that their choice to send me unsolicited material
somehow creates an obligation to reply on my part.

If you want to get published, learn how to approach editors.
And don't post comments berating editors for your inexperience
or unrealistic expectations.

Your post suggests that you find the editors who failed to
respond to be unworthy of your business. That's your call, to
be sure.

It's quite likely, assuming the articles are good, that they'd
use one or more of them in the future. Unless they see how
rude you think they are, and how you think they should conform
their lives to your standards.

That sword cuts both ways.
