Hi Mark,

No I can't blame editors for not responding to mass mailed articles. I hate
them to, so I never use that method when posting articles.

In this particular case I was posting to ezines that were new to me. I
already had their names but checked out their web sites anyway because I
like to know what type of person I'm dealing with (you can tell a lot by
someone's web site).

I sent five articles on different subjects to different ezines, 8 ezines for
each article type, after all not everyone is going to use your article.

All in all it took me the best part of five hours to complete (not time that
can easily be wasted) but I though it was worth the effort as I like writing
articles in the most part, and I don't think it was a waste of time as I
have made good contacts with some editors.

It must be said that those who did contact me (now numbering 6 in total)
even if they didn't use my article), either put it in their archive for
others to use or redirected me to someone who did want to use it.

So I'm not unhappy with the results and I'm certainly not having a go at
editors in general, just those who can't be bothered to do it right. You
know what I mean?
