One caveat:  be sure to follow the legalities regarding recording
phone conversations.  State clearly that the conversation will be
recorded and ask them to state that this is agreeable with them.
Do record all this so you have proof!

It used to be you had to have a recording beep every so often
throughout the conversation but not sure this is still a
requirement.

It is a good idea to end the recorded part of the conversation
with a statement such as "This ends the recorded conversation
between...and....on (date).  Time is now....  You will want to
record this for your records.
