After reading a couple comments regarding the legalities 
involved (or suspected) with the recording of telephone
conversations I *thought* I had seen somewhere that as long
as one of the (2) parties (not an eavesdropper) was aware
of the recording, it was OK. Turns out that is correct.
Sort of...kind of...<g>.

I did a quick search and found these two references.(I'm sure 
there are more.) If you have concerns in this area I suggest
you take a look at these two sites. The second reference 
appears to be an assemblage of PI's comments, etc.
