I've used a bunch of these. Unless you want to send HTML mail, 
I'd stick with WorldMerge from http://www.coloradosoft.com

MailKing has some ODD "features" when wrapping text. 
WorldMerge does the job every bit as well, without any 
surprises. For half the price.

MailLoop is also good, with a lot of useful features, but the 
interface is dreck.

Don't even THINK about using Pegasus' mailmerge feature, 
unless you have a small list. As much as I love Pegasus, that 
part of the program is abysmally slow. (In one version it also 
doesn't work. Sends blank emails.)

For the person who asked about using Pegasus for lists, I have
