I'd phone.  

E-groups is having server problems right now. They just letter bombed my
subscription list with my latest newsletter. Some of my subscribers got
upwards of 10 of my newsletters - some only two. My "checking" address got
six.

You should see the unsubscriptions pouring in. ;-)

On the brighter side, my list moves next week. :-)
