Hi Dirk,

When I signed up for Topica, I simply uploaded my subscriber list to them.
But I do remember there being a contact link to contact them to discuss more
advanced needs. It certainly would be worth a try in sending Topica an e
mail, outlining the current problem and see what they might be able to do to
help you since you have such a lot of trouble getting groups to respond to
your requests and no available phone number.

I'm very satisfied with the service I'm getting through them. They are
always very prompt to respond to any request I've made so far. I usually
hear from them within the hour.
