guarantees of any individual ezine's performance with our visitors. I'm

ezine's performance. I can tell you that in our short life we have grown to

Ray, I understand that you believe that your ezine was not listed with us 
in a prompt manner. I assure you that it was in our database within 48 
hours of submission. After discussions with our Executive Committee, I am 
prepared to guarantee that submissions will be posted within 24 hours of 
receipt.

We are definitely on the 'up-and-up'. We are a division of

We have no tangible method of measuring what percentage of the subscribers 
we refer stay with an ezine. Subscribers opt-in exclusively for your ezine, 
and if the descriptions you offer provide an accurate picture of your 
newsletter, attrition rates should be similar to your "normal" methods of 
subsctriber acquisition.
