Hi Nathan,

There is one called Text2HTML and it is free.  Can be
found at http://www.cyber-matrix.com/txt2htm.htm

I have to admit that it doesn't work well on formatted
articles (will include the line breaks on each line.)

It sure helps if you have plenty of urls to convert,
you could just create a text file of urls only
and convert them in seconds.
