Pick up Notetab at

it will convert your text to HTML and back.  There's also a feature to 
change all your text from ANSI to ASCII to eliminate any weird characters 
when you're putting your newsletter together, not to mention word wrap and 
some other great features.  Pick it up the "Light" version is free.
