The best program I have ever found for text management as well as converting
text to html, or even writing html, is Notetab. You can download the Lite
version free at their site:
http://notetab.com . I publish three e-zines and 4 web sites, and I couldn't
live without this program! It has too many bells and whistles to even begin
to tell you in this post. In fact, I'd  probably vote it the #1 program I've
had, for usefullness. And it's free. Even the Pro version is less than $20.
