Hi All,

You have a converter built in to Windows by the name of Notepad 
although I believe it will work with any word processing program.  
All you have to do is open Notepad, insert the text you want
and save as whatever the file name is with the suffix .html .  
You the have the file as an html document and can open it with 
most any browser.
