Gene,

To import more than 500 addresses to your Topica list, 
you can upload a text file via a hyperlink on the "add 
subscribers" page.

Or you can also send an email to:
mailto:import@get.topica.com describing your needs. 

Topica will send you a notice within 24 hours, telling you 
that you can add the amount of subscribers you requested.

I have experience with this, and I can tell you their people 
are fast to reply to member questions.
