[epub] NewsLetter Too big for HotMail? - does that explain it?

Hi All,

I tried to send my SeeHearTalkShow NewsLetter to a number - about
200 - of HotMail subscribers and got this type of message back
for ALL of them.

   Final-Recipient: RFC822; <xxxx@hotmail.com>
   Action: failed
   Status: 5.1.8
   Remote-MTA: dns; mail.hotmail.com (216.33.151.135)
   Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 Transaction failed

The NewsLetter was about 40K bytes.
Too big for HotMail? - does that explain it?

Has anyone else had this experience?

What's the solution?
