[epub] how to reach egroups.com

What is the best way (via the net) to reach egroups.com?!
I've mailed support@egroups.com to find out if I get something
"special" when moving my list from listbot.com to egroups....
Then I just got some ugly corporate reply from egroups/yahoo =(

Any ideas on how to reach their mind/ears/eyes?!
