this creates an interesting strategy as you offer the "promise" 
of interesting relevant content - and fulfill that promise - 
more people will open on a regular basis - leading to higher 
response rates - but you need to let people know this is what 
will happen so they can buy into it. Many of our publishers 
deliver these kinds of messages successfully.
