[epub] multiple copies

Hello,

I publish a newsletter with 14,000+ subscribers and hosted
by Lisbot since 1998.
ONE subscriber is complaining he continues receiving copies
of the last issue. I have unsubscribed him but it didn't 
stopped more copies from arriving to his email.

He is becoming very rude. I know he subscribed using an
@alumni.indiana.edu account but the newsletter is forwarded 
to an AOL account. He says his email forwarding is working 
perfectly fine.

I will appreciate very much your help to resolve this problem
